Roslan Adenan

Director Chief Executive Officer

Roslan was appointed as the CEO of IPPM in 2014. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Politics and Sociology from Oxford Brooks University, United Kingdom.
He previously served Petronas Carigali Sdn Bhd for 21 years and his last position was Head of the Performance Management Department. During his tenure with Petronas he gain extensive experience particularly in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) matters.
Over the years he had established credible and strong working networks with various parties including corporate and government agencies and relevant regulatory bodies in Malaysia.
He also oversees policy development and implementation as well as daily operations of IPPM.

Wan Zaleha Wan Kamarul Zaman

Director Head of Legal & Corporate Communication

Wan Zaleha holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from University Technology MARA and a Bachelor of Law (LLB Hons) from University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom.
She was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2001 and had pursued legal practice in Kuala Lumpur before she joined Amanah Raya Berhad in 2004. She has extensive experience in attending to legal matters, advisory services and drafting of documents on a broad range of legal matters including employment law.
She was appointed to the position of Head of Legal and Corporate Communication at IPPM since 2014.

Sheila Hairusiah Adenan

Director Head Strategic Planning & Business Development

Sheila was appointed as Head Strategic Planning & Business Development in 2016. She holds a Diploma in Administrative Management, United Kingdom in 1985. She was conferred Darjah Utama Yang Amat Mulia Bintang Kenyalang Sarawak by the Governor in February, 2019.
She has years of experience in cleaning services and property maintenance.

Muhammad Zulhilmi Bin Ahmad Fauzi

Head of Operations

Zulhilmi graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Hons) Oil and Gas from University Technology MARA (UiTM) before begin his career as a Contract Administration under Project Control Department in TH Heavy Engineering Sdn Bhd in 2015. He pursue his career as sales Support Engineer in Sepadu Tech Services Sdn Bhd as a Procurement Executive and Expeditor managing equipment purchasing in terms of technical and commercial clarification for big client like Petronas and Sapura Kencana.
In 2017, he continues his constructive career in Business and Administration by becoming a Marketing and Operation Manager in one of the cleaning company.
His vast experience and proficient in project management, business operation, sales and marketing related to cleaning industries does make him capable to execute various task successfully and now currently serves as Head of Operation IPPM.

Afida Ibrahim

Chief Financial Officer

Afida Binti Ibrahim holds a Degree in Finance from Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom in 1995.

She began her career as Management Associate at The Pacific Bank Bhd. Among her career path are as Senior Accounts Manager at Leighton Contractors Sdn Bhd and Accounts Manager at The Millennium Auto & Carriage Sdn Bhd.

She joined IPSB Group as Senior Manager Finance and was seconded and promoted to CFO at IPPM.

Muhamad Shahrul Bin Abdul Razak

Logistics Senior Manager

Muhamad Shahrul started his career as an executive at Sri Lanang Protective Sdn Bhd in 2005 and later joined Inter Prominent Sdn Bhd as senior executive property division in 2011.

He has gained experience throughout his careers and had successfully managed and executed various tasks undertaken through projects awarded under the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Housing, Petronas to name a few.

Sofiah Abu

Human Resource Manager

Sofia Binti Abu holds a Degree in Sport Management, University Technology MARA, Shah Alam where she graduated in 2007.
She has gain experience in managing human resource issues and matters particularly relating to the service industry and is knowledgeable with the required process and procedures regarding requirement of foreign workers.
She started her career as Administration Executive at Weida Marketing Sdn Bhd before joining IPSB Group as its HR Executive managing more than 1,000 workers. Her last position at IPSB was as its Assistant Manager and seconded to IPPM as Manager HR.

Nurul Ashikin Mohyidin

QHSE Executive

Nurul Ashikin Mohyidin was appointed as the QHSE Executive in July 2019. She graduated with a Master Degree in Chemical Sciences from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu in 2016. She is responsible for leading on the implementing and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) for the company. Her main task is to develop QHSE manual, procedure, work instruction and form that comply the standard, statutory and regulatory, client and company requirements. Nurul Ashikin posseses strong knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS.

Nor Hairi Bin Mohd Ghazali

Operation Executive

Nor Hairi holds a Bachelor in Landscape Architecture from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). Among his achievements is MSU Service Excellent Award 2015. He joined IPPM in 2018 as a Senior Executive.
He has gained his experience throughout his careers and had successfully managed and executed various tasks undertaken through projects awarded by the private and public sectors.
